Heidi Ann Johnson, a longtime resident of Pleasanton, CA, passed away peacefully on April 29th, 2026. She left a legacy of kindness, love and light. She was born in White Plains, NY, to Shirley and Richard Donohue, and moved to California shortly after. Heidi moved through the world with a gently spirit and an open heart. To know Heidi was to know a woman whose priorities were the people she held closest to her. She was completely devoted to her family, and her biggest passion was showering them with her warmth, love and encouragement. Whether she was just walking into a room, talking over the phone, in nature or just near you, her smile and presence shined brighter than the sun. She always had an amazing way of making you feel like you mattered. Knowing and loving Heidi was a gift. Her Cherished family, Devoted Children: Brittany and Brandon Johnson, along with her daughter-in-law Briana Johnson. Her Grandchildren: Where her heart truly was, Romy and Tatum Souza. They will forever carry Grandma in their hearts. Siblings and Family: She is survived by her mother, Shirley, and her siblings Paul and Lisa Donohue. She also shared a lifelong bond with Robert Johnson, the father of Brittany and Brandon. Heidi's life was a testament to simple kindness, pure love and appreciation for the little things in life. While we will miss her more than anything, we will find comfort in the many Cherished memories we hold together. In lieu of flowers, we ask you to take a moment to step outside, breathe in the fresh air, look up and smile and enjoy the beauty of nature, just as Heidi would have done.
