Gay Fremier-Grimm
Aug. 15, 1942-March 13, 2024
Danville, California

On Wednesday March 13, we lost a bright light. Gay Fremier-Grimm was a strong woman with many interests and talents. She practiced Christian Science her whole life and was a staple in First Church Christ Scientist, Danville. In her over 20 year career as a Human Resource Director, she helped and was an inspiration to many. Gay was an artist- scrapbooking, photography, drawing and painting. She was an incredible mother and best friend to her daughter, Jeannine- always a shoulder to lean on and a supportive ear. Also an amazing wife, Gay and Gordon enjoyed traveling abroad, cruising, and trips to her childhood hometown, beautiful Carmel. In 2017 she became a nana and it suited her beautifully. Her grandchildren, Kai and Makena loved her with all their heart and loved their visits. There are no words to describe the ache we feel with her no longer with us. However, we remind ourselves, the only reason it hurts so badly is because she was such an incredible mom, wife and nana. We love you so much, Gay/ mom/ nana. Memorial service for Gay will be held at the Alamo Women’s Club on Sunday April 14th at 1 PM (1401 Danville Blvd, Alamo, CA 94507).
